We understand sometimes the look may not be as you imagined or you have a change of heart. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back within 7 days of the delivery day with a completed return slip. Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip to ensure you receive credit. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We will be happy to issue you a refund in the form of Cute Bucks for use on a future purchase with The Cute Beautique. Cute Bucks never expire or lose value.
When returning by mail, it is suggested to use USPS flat rate shipping for convenience. You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
All returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Cute Beautique tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you think you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
The Cute Beautique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to the following:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items ending in $.98 or $.95 are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned for Cute Bucks. Additionaly, swimsuits are non-returnable.
EXCHANGES
Because we can not ensure the style/size you desire will be availible by the time your items are processed. We will issues a store credit via Cute Bucks once we have processed your return. That way, you may use your Cute Bucks towards the correct item/size or for another item.
